We accept returns or exchanges only if:

● The customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

● The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

● The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

● Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

● Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

● Change of mind, dislike of color, design, or size after purchase.

.Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at twsstudio7@gmail.com or through our WhatsApp support with:

● Your order number

● Photos of the item received

● A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for an exchange or provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

● The ordered product is out of stock after payment has been made.

● An exchange is not possible for a damaged or incorrect item.

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective item.
